Briefing Breakfast - With UoL Management School
The University of Liverpool Management School are delighted to invite you to participate in our second Breakfast Briefing event.
This exclusive event is an invaluable opportunity for you and your colleagues to network with industry professionals from across the city as well as researchers and lead academics from The University of Liverpool Management School.
The Management School has a long history of working with SMEs and recognises the contribution they make to economic prosperity, job creation and innovation throughout the region. Through our world leading research, the School understands the issues and concerns facing SMEs and this Breakfast Briefing will look at those uncertainties, particularly focusing on the risks SMEs face navigating an increasingly digital ecosystem.
There will be a short keynote speech from Dr Ron Dyer and Dr Hossein Sharifi who will talk about the threats and opportunities presented by emerging technology trends (for example, gamification, serious games, collaborative innovation, social networks, big data, the ‘internet of things’ and intelligence agents).
We hope that you can join us over breakfast to share your own knowledge, ideas and experience, as well as insights from your industry and the circumstances in which your business operates. We are keen to work with you to assist in your understanding of new and innovative models, solutions and techniques.
The event will take place in our recently refurbished Management School, which opened in September following a £12million extension.
