Does our mental health affect our productivity?

Keeping colleagues happy and healthy in the workplace has never been more important. More and more studies have shown that productivity increases when both mental and physical health are considered in a working environment. How do we as businesses ensure that we are truly ‘taking care’ of our staff and colleagues?

Join us at our next In the Know breakfast where Shazney Spence, a mental health advocate and lifestyle coach at Equanimity, will be discussing how she helps business owners to raise awareness of the mental well-being of their teams.

Robert Brennan will also discuss how he uses physical and mental approaches to well-being in the workplace and why the future of our employees depends on how well we implement these approaches. Robert is a physical fitness coach who helps people make their business more efficient and more profitable by boosting the happiness, resilience, health, productivity, performance, morale and loyalty of their workforce.

Our good friends at the Quarter will be providing breakfast and there will be plenty of time before and after for networking and questions.
