Downtown in Business will host its third annual Change Makers Live conference on Thursday 2nd October 2025 at the new Everton FC stadium at Bramley Moore Dock.

The event will bring together over 100 business leaders from across the country, with innovators, disruptors, entrepreneurs, and government ministers among the keynote speakers. 

Rachel Newman, KQ Liverpool’s Inclusive Innovation Officer, is speaking as part of the final session of CML25 - “Innovation Pact” - and will be taking part in a powerful discussion on driving inclusive, impactful, and transformative innovation across our city.

The conference takes place during the week of the Labour Party conference.

The event is supported by Bruntwood SciTech, the Liverpool BID Company, Nugent, NOVEL, and the City of Liverpool College.
